Who We Are

Echo Training is a professional training service for the care industry. We are approved by Qualsafe Awards, an Awarding Organisation recognised by Ofqual to offer regulated qualifications.

We specialise in a vast range of courses that have been designed and are fully up to date. All courses comply with the current guidelines and requirements under the Skills for Health and Skills for Care and The Care Certificate.

Our packages are put together by registered managers, senior care workers and  workers from different care settings. We are therefore able to provide  courses  that are  easy to understand and reflect the experience needed in certain care situations.  Our courses are highly suited to nursing and residential homes, domiciliary care providers and supported living.

Our trainers are experienced and make learning fun.  Delegates are  given the information that they need to carry out their jobs in a  safe and professional manner.  We ask students at the end of their training  to evaluate on all areas of the course so that we can continue to improve our services.

As the company has developed and grown, we have gone from providing just two first aid training course to now providing 34 courses in the following subjects:

  • First Aid Training
  • Dental & Doctors Surgeries Emergency Medical Training
  • Health and Social Care Training
  • Manual Handling Training
  • Activity First Aid (RQF)
  • Domiciliary Care Training

Echo Training Services is based in the coastal town of Broadstairs Kent but operates all over the South East of England including London and Essex. Courses can be held at our Thanet, Canterbury and Herne Bay training centres or at your location.
