Company Owner | Lead Instructor
Christian has over 30 years experience in Health and Social Care, Ambulance Services, Fire & Rescue Services and the RNLI. He is currently working towards a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement and Level 3 Moving & Handling of People.
Christian started the company in 2009 and has help steer the company in the direction that it is today.

Sarah-Jane
Administration Support
Sarah-Jane is our administration support and looks after the day to day running of the company's admin including bookings, invoicing and producing all our course paperwork and certificates. She also centre admin with our awarding body and ensures that we keep compliant with the regulated courses we provide. With over 20 years of experience working within admin in organisations including the NHS, hospitals & private healthcare and also within the motor trade at dealerships which include Toyota, Lexus and Kia,

Stuart
Internal Quality Assurance | Instructor
Stuart carries out all of the internal quality assurance for our regulated first aid courses and ensures that our courses and instructors are up to date and complaint. Stuart also is one of our instructors and teaches a number of our subjects. Stuart currently owns is own company providing water safety cover and first aid cover at events. Prior to this he worked for the RNLI for many years as a lifeguard trainer and stills volunteers with the RNLI as Lifeboat crew.

Zoe
Course Content Creator
Zoe manages all our training material including PowerPoint, handouts and assessments papers to ensure that they are all correct and up to date. With over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse and working in a number of departments within the NHS including the emergency department (A+E), Special care baby unit and adult nursing wards she bring a vast amount of knowledge to the company.

Chloe
Marketing Creator &
Business Partner / Introducer Liaison
Chloe is our marketing creator. Chloe comes from a care and retail background and has a good understanding of how marketing is important to a business. Chloe holds a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification which helps her when producing all our marketing material for our courses and services. She also looks after our introducers and our business partners. Chloe brings to the company a vast amount of knowledge in marketing as she previously work for Costa as a manager where she installed all their point of sale material and for Your Move estate agents where she prepared and marketed homes for sale and rental.

Social Media Creator
TBA is our social media guru and looks after our social media presents online. With having both Facebook & Instagram pages they look after all our posts, adverts and engagements with our followers.

Riley
Our Company Mascot
Riley was born with Trisomy 21 (Down Syndrome). Riley is the reason why Echo Training Services provide specialised courses in the Health & Social Care and Educational settings.
At Echo Training Services we strive to bring better training to those staff which means better care of the people in their care.
